Grateful for how tired I've been the last two afternoons I think it's from being full hands on with my beautiful fun neice around 3pm it felt like my batteries were on zero grateful to be watching a new film with mrs sw

Grateful for cooking tonight's dinner

For all the small things

For finding out my father's cancer hasn't spread - today I've been a bit all over the place even cried a little not sure why I should be happy which I am but it's been a really stressful wait I done my best to distract my mind & stay present & calm - not easy

Thinking about a lot of things my friends my family me my life & where it's going what do I want to do what should I be doing - helping ppl helping myself not sure what I'm saying here but I guess it's better on the page than always on my mind

Better stop rambling I'm ok just mixed up today

Grateful for a ten maybe more mile hike this afternoon we got lost in the marshes and found some beautiful spots by the water so much nature today we were even walking through blowaway wishes & white butterflies at one point it was really really beautiful feel tired but a good tired

Grateful for window shopping & finding a cool new shop

For our new weight lifting bench & new weights

Finding out that where we called the cab from that they couldn't come down the road and the shop guy had already helped & left so grateful to mrs sw & the cab driver helping us

Grateful for a mouth watering brisket

Grateful for hot water for a bath after

For nice weather friends & family

To my friends at SR x

Grateful for the migraine I got after a good 5 mile walk today and for some bench presses (30) in sets of 3

Need to start eating in the morning as I'm just having a dinner at night & that's it

No pain no gain

Grateful for a rest day and to not overdo it
