Morning Gratitude ~ Part 64
Grateful for a good night's sleep; that my migraine seems to have vanished; grateful for the sweet sounds of the birds in the pre-dawn; grateful for the gentle rain that's beginning. Always grateful for the memories of early morning walks with my dogs.
- Grateful to lay in bed for 15 minutes after waking up to savor the moment of a peaceful and content mind in a healthy body.
- Grateful to place my mental and physical health as a top priority.
- Grateful to look forward to another day sober - it should be awesome.
- Grateful for everything.
