my sobriety date - i got when i stopped drinking AND drugging and the most important thing in my life

my wife - super loving, caring and supportive

my physical health - lipid panel and fasting glucose excellent - it's the hour of hard cardio everyday

my family relationships - that didn't exist in the 80s when i was trying to drink myself to death

my houses/ cars/ jobs/ stuff - we are not a glum lot
