Enjoy your trip Astro!
- Grateful for so many things today.
- Grateful to spend time with my daughter and granddaughter.
- Grateful to be capable of taking my other daughter and friend to the swimming pool and activity games center and not be worried or in a panic about having to pick them up later in day. :-)
- Grateful alcohol no longer dictates my days and life.
- Grateful for sobriety and a strong recovery program.
- Grateful to get the garden weeded.
- Grateful to have energy and the desire to make a fabulous and different stir fry tonight.
- Grateful to look forward to reading tonight.
- Grateful for all of you.
I'm grateful that today was a "normal" day... yard work, groceries, laundry... no drama, no anxiety.
I'm grateful that we're having family to visit for father's day tomorrow.
I'm grateful that my father and FIL in heaven have been watching over me and helping me through a rough couple of years. xo

Grateful
For freedom.
For a light, pain free day.
For a good day.
For a wonderful hour long massage and that acupuncture went OK.
For almost dozing off, or for dozing off for a moment chilling on the couch. Been so long.
For living.
Be kind to yourselves.

Grateful for a swim today.
Grateful that I have air conditioning in my home in this heat wave.
Grateful for my health, my family, and my dogs.
Grateful that I am staying sober.
Grateful that I am able to provide for myself.
