Post 1st of april new month gratitude

Today is the 1st of april last (easter week/weekend) was my worst ever downfall from alcohol/drug abuse to myself and the others I had met in the time I was drunk... And from heavy feelings of anxiety, to being lethargic, drained, very sick/hungover, depressed and the regret of my actions and the things I said and to people while under the influence I look for forgivness... I can finally say iv taken that huge leap to recovery and pray ill never drink again, live a sober life free from the pain and hurt it brings to me... Today being the 1st of April its a new month, also a new day, one day at a time I will succeed through this month sober and im grateful for the motivation I have got to do so, I will check in with sober recovery everyday for aApril for guidance and support... I hope anyone reading this can take some positivity from my post xx

A very grateful,

Darrell.
