I'm grateful for the young woman who rung up my cat food purchase early this morning.

She was getting off the overnight shift to go work at her full time job as a nursing assistant.:dee

Grateful that it's warm enough to walk downtown. :) Grateful that the snow is melting so I can clean the dog yard. :)

Grateful that I got off my duff and cleaned up the dog bombs. ;)

I'm grateful I have begun recognizing the disturbances arising inside me, understanding where they come from, and, more and more often, being able to choose my response to them.:headbang:

Grateful for what promises to be a beautiful and sunny Saturday.
Grateful to realize I cannot "fix" my son's irrational behavior and that it is not my place to try and do so.
Grateful that I am looking forward to getting past that bump in the road!
