Grateful for a day off today after working straight through since the weekend. Nice to sleep in & not have to get up at 5:30am.
Grateful for the maturity I'm seeing in my RAD these days. She's really trying to be as independent as possible, I'm getting better at not "rescuing" her. Realizing the best gift I can give her is to live my life to the fullest; to be as healthy as I can be!
Always grateful for SR and the positive supportive environment here!

Grateful that the lows never last long these days
Grateful for an honest conversation with a close friend yesterday evening
Grateful that I'm learning to say 'yes' to all of it: the good stuff and the bad

UCLA neuroscience researcher Alex Korb explains:
"Everything is interconnected. Gratitude improves sleep. Sleep reduces pain. Reduced pain improves your mood. Improved mood reduces anxiety, which improves focus and planning. Focus and planning help with decision making. Decision making further reduces anxiety and improves enjoyment. Enjoyment gives you more to be grateful for, which keeps that loop of the upward spiral going. Enjoyment also makes it more likely you’ll exercise and be social, which, in turn, will make you happier."

- Grateful for memories that either teach us, make us laugh or make us appreciate people or whatever else they provide.
- Grateful to be looking forward to the course I am taking.
- Grateful for not craving or desiring to drink - love not being a slave to poison.
- Grateful for hugs, smiles, laughter, peace, friendship and love.
- Grateful for all of you... and of course SR.
