Grateful for the immense support I get on this site
Grateful to be 9 days away from having 4 months of sobriety
Grateful that tomorrow is a big cliffhanger episode one of my guilty pleasure TV shows
Grateful to have practiced contrary action this summer because I have seen the benefits come full swing as of late
Grateful to be more closer to self sufficiency
Grateful to be understanding the "why" of it all more and more as I get more time clean
Grateful for the sleep I got to catch up on today after getting home from work
Grateful for the 90 degree weather
Grateful to be 9 days away from having 4 months of sobriety

Thanks for the support man! That internal wrestling match is tougher than ANY match against another person or thing. But the feeling after overcoming that craving is amazing you are right!

Grateful for the extra time I get to spend with my daughter on summer break.
Grateful I found the courage to call the Dr. And finally make an appointment for a physical.
Grateful for the ability to take vacations.

Grateful i was surrounded by laughter for most of the day
Grateful my "almost" mother in law is going on vacation...we all kinda need that little "vacation"

Grateful for standing up for my fellow recovering addicts/myself today when a co worker went on a rant about how she doesn't have sympathy for addicts I totally shut her down and told her about the genetics aspect, my experience with other addicts etc. I kept calm and totally gave her a new outlook on the disease
