Sanity
I am thankful to still have my sanity. After the first week of my husband being home from the 28 day program, getting adjusted to our new life is very different (difficult) for me. It is all for the good, but still different.

I went to my first Al Anon meeting Friday night. Cried through almost the whole thing. I am reading the books and I just joined this site. Reading the posts on this site is helpful.
My husband's father is an alcoholic and has been sober for over 35 years. I talked to him and his wife yesterday because I had a crying fit. They helped a great deal.
All the feelings I kept to myself through the past few years are coming to the forefront and I guess triggering all of this.
