Grateful for practicing contrary action today
Grateful that my Plantar fasciitis is healing
Grateful that today when my supervisor was being rude and negative I was alert and aware of my ego
Grateful to have the end in mind
Grateful that is Thursday tomorrow
Grateful for the new people in my life
Grateful for the trailer of "Joy" the Jennifer Lawrence movie coming out in December
Grateful to have someone I can tell my thoughts to on a daily basis
Grateful that I see the bigger picture and don't sweat the small stuff as much
