Attitude of Gratitude

I am grateful I woke up sober and joyful this morning, not sick and shaking. I never want to forget where I came from and where I am today. I am grateful to God and his direction, wisdom, love, and compassion.

Thank you for sharing, Seebrightly.

Amazing how we can turn our lives around, isn't it?

I hear ya, man. My gratitude attitude is not only helping me, but I sense it rubbing off on others, as well. Folks in town know I missed a bunch of work due to surgery, and when they ask how I'm doing, I've been telling them I'm lucky just to be alive and to be able to walk. I tell folks every day from here on is just icing on the cake. The thing is I actually mean it. I'm grateful for that, too.
