Grateful for my sweet three year old tonight.

I'm grateful for different insights.

I'm grateful for these words: "when anybody, anywhere, reaches out for help, I want the hand of AA to always be there, and for that I am responsible." The longer I stay sober, the more powerful these words become.

I'm grateful that I stopped before I really got started tonight. I have a long way to go but it's a step in the right direction

Grateful for a beautiful summer day

Grateful for a comfy bed

Grateful for the counselor in the treatment facility I was at at the time when he said, "if that's all you ever did from here on out is not take a drink the rest of your life, that would make you a success"!

Grateful I believed him and 23 years later I still haven't had a drink!

Grateful to relay that message to everyone here: If that's all you ever did was not pick up a drink for the rest of your life from here on out, that would make you a success!

Grateful for my new, friendly co-workers. A rough bunch but we all get along.
