Grateful to be with my neice today i love the kid so much love the things she comes out with walked pasted McDonalds and she said Uncle your hungry arnt you i started laughing hard as it was obvious she wanted McDonald's so i got her a happy meal & admittedly myself a choclate milkshake

Grateful for having a roof over my head, running water, gas, electricity, food, clothes, my dog, mrs sw, SR, new bed, new oven, plants in the garden, birds in the garden, grateful i can make my trainers last longer than a year and they still look new, grateful for the cod dinner im having for dinner later, grateful to speak to my sponser/friend yesterday & have a good chat, grateful that all my family is doing well in sobriety

Grateful to have 2 great days with my eldest nice the girl has globetrotted the world i dont say that lightly i mean a lot shes just bk from st Lucia she drives shes in her final year of uni she is already working as a children's speacial needs teaching assistant her plan is teaching she is so amazing i love her to bits
