Im ok today Rusty dust is settling preparations being made losing my cousin was a bad shock to the system i looked up to him he taught me good morals and was a stand up dude didnt drink always working i miss him but i accept what has happened i have to or il go crazy staring at a ceiling trying to figure it out
My cousin wouldnt want that he would want me to be happy and to live my life trying to be a good man
When i first visited Scotland as a kid it was him taking me football buying takeaways etc the guy was a good dude every time i went scotland i looked forward to seeing him
Not looking forward to this visit its been a long time since ive been Scotland and a lot has changed but i want to say goodbye (its my mothers hometown btw)
My mantra has been keep your head up & keep your heart strong (quoting ben howards song)
The first 2 days were horrible but im grateful to say im feeling a lot better its still sad of course but it will get better

Was planning on posting here again after noticing even with his own fan & plenty of ice water my dog was still hot so i wrapped him in a cold wet towel to cool him for a bit he loved it lol its the lil things like that, that makes it all worth it

Grateful today big time feeling better about things went for a big walk with my gf & our dog
Done shopping & got the birds loads of treats and another feeder i think it gives the tree a really nice look
Today my dog walked straight past a wood pigeon and didnt growl or chase it away i have a knack for getting through to my dogs ive owned
My last rottweiler was protective of my rabbit they could sit in the garden together & chill
Changed my mind not having habanero chicken tonight
Were having homemade battered cod & chips instead its on now
