Grateful my (almost) 20 year old son asked my opinion about something. Was beginning to think he viewed me as an ATM.

Grateful for a great sober day. An amazing meeting today. Getting a lot of work done. The ability to spend most of my time outside, working with plants. A nice dinnet and night together with my so. My sponsor.

For SR and people here who are willing to listen to my rantings and reply with encouragement and advise.

1. Grateful to see progress. Am angry today, but the anger didn't trigger the "you need a drink" response. Instead, I am okay with just coping with the emotions.
2. Grateful for loving critters.
3. Grateful that the semester will be winding down soon.

Grateful that the funeral for my aunt is over now.
This has been a hard week.

Grateful for the Today's Gift reading from Hazelden, because I'm not FINE, I'm struggling and I need to be honest about it.

Maybe TMI but grateful for sober sex.

Grateful for another day sober. Grateful for the people I've met in AA. Grateful for good meetings when I need them the most, and boring meetings when I don't think I need them, but I do. Love and tolerance.

1. Grateful to get back home safe with crazy traffic.
2. Grateful I have a nice cozy bed I can snuggle into tonight.
3. Grateful for enjoying just having the wind blow on my face.
4. Grateful for all the blooming flowers and getting coated with flower petals while walking.
5. Grateful to be sober.
6. Grateful for SR chat meetings

I am grateful that after a very tough week at work that I continue to stay sober and feel a little better each day. Pleasant dreams and have a great weekend.
