Grateful for waking up hangover free every work/school day this week. I may not have motivation to make the lunches and I may run late but that's just life, not because I'm sick or anxious from alcohol. Sober mornings are the best, so grateful for this feeling.

Soberjennie, it was. I sleep with ear plugs and he was debating whether to wake me or not. I'm glad he did. We had to listen to samples of owl calls this morning to figure out exactly what we heard. Definitely barred owls.

Grateful for using my tools and sticking to my plan on my way home from work yesterday. It worked and I had a quiet but sober evening.
