Grateful for the morning.
Grateful and hopeful for a couple of non-intense days coming up.

So grateful for that big kinda red/yellow ball in the sky that seems to have brightened my spirits. Anybody know what it is?

I'm grateful for my desire to build on this self awareness journey that started by just not picking up.

I'm grateful for Honey Bunches of Oats with fresh strawberries and strong coffee from my new french press.

I'm grateful to read that another sober friend has achieved 365 plus days clean and sober - CONGRATS, ALI !!

Grateful that Rusty is seeing the Sun. Rusty I have made arrangements to send it north to you for the next six months. You'll find the days will become increasingly longer until late in June, then I'm going to start hauling it back here so your days will get shorter after June but there will be lots of sunny days with no snow!

Grateful that I had a good idea this morning.
Grateful that I can meet a friend for a meeting and coffee downtown on a pretty day in March.
Grateful that I don't have to drink -- imagine a world where you had to drink. Horrors!
