Grateful to get back to a volunteer committee meeting that I missed the other two times it met this year. Glad to be able to share feedback that is appreciated!

And grateful for setting boundaries, even if it means blocking someone's phone. I don't like having to do it, but I'm glad I CAN.

Grateful that I was able to keep my cool when faced with unnecessary, un founded criticism today at work. Criticism is often a trigger for me to enter into a major downward spiral and go approval seeking. I stayed sober and am (almost) moving on.

happyandfree, I'll have one of those salmon dinners, and Arbor8, I'll have some of that ice cream for dessert! teehee.

Grateful I was able to let my ex help with the leaves with a minimum of drama. I only had to surrender a little 'cause he was behaving pretty well today, but I'm glad I think I could've handled it even if he hadn't been.

And grateful to read to my mom from The Happiness Trap and walk her through some of the mindfulness/breathing exercises. Glad I can help and glad that she is learning to help herself!
