Grateful for a restful Sunday.
Grateful for a nice walk with friends this morning.
Grateful for good food.
Grateful that I had frozen blueberries for blueberry crisp!

Grateful that I found the habit of being grateful. It rescued me in early sobriety when I wasn't too happy. Being grateful makes me feel better.

And when I start counting my blessings, I realize that I have a lot to be grateful for.

Grateful to surrender to the reality that things are continuing to not go as I planned
and that instead of feeling that life is out to get me and drinking,
I can think that God has plans for me that I don't understand yet.
