Grateful that God fills every minute of every day with gifts from His hand.

Grateful to have a plan for how to get through some upcoming trials.
Grateful to be allowed into the room.

Grateful that my kids have the same love for animals as I have.

Grateful that my 10 year old daughter is taking advance of her day off school due to
road conditions by making homemade dog treats... main ingredient if pumpkin filling. :-)

Grateful that I was able to safely drive my 20 year old Son to college for his exam despite the road conditions.

Grateful for SR.

grateful to be fundamentally well

My first thought was "mmm, doughnuts!"

Grateful to be reminded to take it easy on myself and get a doughnut once in a while.
Grateful that coffee inspired insomnia is so much better than alcohol inspired insomnia. Ack! No more at lunch for me.
Grateful to be reminded of loving-kindness meditation and how to practice that.
Grateful for my wonderful family and all the love they create.

I am grateful for my higher power. Please get me through today. Please lift some of these ugly feelings. I don't know how to make them go away without alcohol.
I am grateful for my suddenly extremely supportive boyfriend.
I am grateful I am able to do my volunteer work today AND make dinner AND go to a NEW meeting tonight.
