By grace, I am almost at 5 months sober. Truly grateful for this miracle!!

Grateful to be going to bed without alcohol in my system.

Grateful to be sober and to wake up hangover free tomorrow. Grateful for a day off. Grateful for everyone on this thread and the beautiful posts I look forward to reading every day.

Grateful that I spotted a great Etsy buy for a Christmas gift and grateful that the maker, who is in the US, held it for me for 18 hours until we worked out shipping.

Grateful for the clients I have and the lack of confrontations in my business.

Grateful for a beautiful sunny afternoon. I love Autumn, the light and colours are stunning.

Grateful for my day off which has been restful yet productive.

Grateful to see Jinx again (my backyard stray cat) tonight when I fed them. Glad he let me pet him. :) Grateful to have enough food to feed them all. :)

grateful to be able to put that teeny-tiny little screw back in my glasses today,

and without trying to smash them, toss out the window,

or going into baby pattee mode!

grateful for spiritual growth

Grateful that I was able to muster up the courage to go see a very sick relative. They were happy to see me.

Grateful for all these great posts.

Grateful to keep reminding myself to detach and not take things personally. Things come and go.

Grateful for 1,000 consecutive days sober today!

grateful I have a roof over my head.

grateful I have the capability to think.

grateful for SR.

grateful for my cat, family and best friend.

grateful I am sober.

Grateful I decided NOT to hold on to a few tabs of my DoC rather than give all of them to my mom's assisted living to give to her. I was afraid they wouldn't give them to her and thought about keeping some in my purse for that reason. Thank God I have learned better! I am too fragile right now to put myself in that position.

And grateful they ARE giving my mom those pills! (She fractured her freakin' shoulder blade! Such a talented woman. :gaah )
