Oh, it's been quite a while since I wrote my positive focus list.
Time to get back to it:
- Coffee;
- SR;
- My smarphone didn't automatically switched to winter time, so at 8 a.m. I realized I had an extra hour);
- I managed to wake up at 4.45 to make the most of my day;
- Had a great workout;
- Had a nice healthy snack and tea with my friend;
- Though it's windy and cold outside, it's warm and cozy at my place)

High time to get things into the positive focus again!
Day... Today:
- I am getting used to waking up very early - at 4.45 a.m., and feel good!
- Coffee;
- SR;
- Sunshine and surprisingly warm weather for this time of the year;
- Great workouts;
- My flatmate made me a delllllicious veggy soup (yep, I have a flatmate now - who knew!);
- It's warm and cozy inside;
- More coffee and more SR)
- And I am counting....

I need, need, to remind myself to do positive focus every day!
Today it is:
- Coffee;
- SR;
- My boxing buddy, who is a dentist, helped my friend/flat mate with urgent pain. She got her gum inflamed at night and suffered a lot. So I called him in the morning and asked if he can find time to make an appointment for her. And though he had lots of patients, he still helped her. She is happy and smiling again),
- It's freezing outside, and I have a nice and warm place to live;
- Great boxing workout;
- My flatmate made a delicious healthy dinner waiting for me after my workout;
- Life throws me unexpected challenges every day, and, if my attitude is right, it can be interesting to learn about myself while coping with them.

Ok, it's a New Year, and it's high time to revive my positive focus list.
It's time to nurture, develop, and let positive focus grow. Day by day, unfailingly. Little by little, bit by bit, atom by atom, quark by quark, or whatever the tiniest particle of the Universe yet to be discovered.
My positive focus of the first day of 2015:
- I am sober!!! Through the third New Year in the row! And I am enjoying this!
- I've good a great night sleep despite of all the noise around;
- I have a nice place where to live;
- The Universe magically heard my appeal and I was alone at the New Year Eve! Yes, you got it right - I asked the Universe for being alone. There were high chances I was going to do this with my flat mate, but recently she's been pouring too much negativity at me. I couldn't stand it any longer, but couldn't leave her alone either. And she came back together with her ex BF, and told me she will be with him. She even felt little bit guilty about leaving me alone, but I just felt like screaming out loud "Yay!! Yeeeessss!!!!".
- I've spend the New Year with SR - the place I appreciate so so so much! My own Universe of friends and soul mates. The Universe of kindness and heart warmth.
- I have my favorite delicious food to treat myself on the New Year day;
- I can watch my fav TV series;
- I even got presents for NY! Even thought they are not "genuine" presents, meaning - they were not bought exactly for me, but re-gifted. My ex gave me a nice french press and set of coffee cups which his company was giving as gifts to clients. But that was exactly what I needed - a good french press. And I've always loved this kind of cups - like they serve in cafes.
And my, now ex - flat mate and fitness trainer - re-gifted her posh pink boxing gloves. One of her clients gifted it to her back in days when she was still planning to start boxing. She never did it, and finally realized she is not going to do this. So she gave it to me. I am sure my boxing buddies will just get a kick out of them))))
- I have so many plans to give life to, to turn them into actions. It's so challenging and breath taking!
- Quite slowly, but gradually and steadily I am learning to live in TODAY and let tomorrow's worries at bay till when this tomorrow comes.
- Oh, I have so many items....I will come back later.
Happy New Year to all!!!
