Grateful for The IT Crowd on Netflix. It's uber-hilarious. Glad the ex introduced me to it.

And grateful for learning to take it pretty easy. As I told my sponsor today, I've realized I have to take many mini (that's hard to say clearly) breaks rather than trying to find big chunks of rest time. I can close my eyes for a few minutes here and there and take some deep breaths. Aaahhhh.....

Grateful for a long productive day at work.

Grateful to finish an audiobook on the commute home, The Alchemist and it was read by Jeremy Irons. Really well done.

Grateful to get home to watch the sunset.

Grateful to be off tomorrow.

I am grateful for SoberRecovery because each time I come back I remember what my life was like when I first came here. I can't believe I am sober. I am sober. I thought I was going to die drunk in my own vomit. I found this place and started reading and posting. Every day for months was spent on this website. I got sober. I am sober. I love typing that sentence. I am sober. My life is still the same bitch that it always was. SoberRecovery is the same as it always was and I am sober. Thank you God.

Grateful for the skip that has been delivered this morning. We can have a good clear out of garden rubbish - and exercise at the same time

Grateful for sobriety and the opportunity to renew my life

Grateful, as always, for my partner ♥♥♥

Grateful that mornings and evenings are times of contented achievement.
Grateful that I expect less of others and a whole lot more of myself.
Grateful that, essentially, I have given up whinging -- I'm so much nicer.

Hi EQ. A skip is a large open-topped, upside-down-trapezium shaped metal crate. I think you might call it a debris box? You can get them in various sizes. I'm not good on measurements but I think ours is about 6ft by 4ft.

Grateful for a very productive day - the skip is already over half full!

Grateful for the weather - refreshing rain while we worked but torrential when we stopped

Grateful to be at a garden centre under a glass roof when the rain was at its heaviest -fabulous!!! And grateful that the thunder seemed to be magnified too!

Grateful I caught my yoga class tonight, I had to work late so thought I may have missed it, but somehow I made it just as it was starting. phew!

Grateful I was able to help a couple of people who had some difficulties today. It's nice when things work out.

Grateful to be able to catch my unhelpful thoughts before they turn in to full blown unhelpful story.

We are amused. It's the first Britcom I've watched in a while. I've been watching more British stuff overall lately, but just Dr. Who, Sherlock, and I watched Luther a while back. I'm eagerly awaiting the new Doctor Who!

Love and hugs,
Eddie

Grateful to be going to bed tired and sober.
Grateful for all the regulated (and newcomers) in my daily early morning AA group. So much warmth and hope in that room.
Grateful for tired legs from a lot of walking
Grateful my new friends loaned me her little electric veggie streamer/rice cooker.
Grateful for the interesting book I borrowed from the library. Grateful I achieved my goal of sticking with it, finished it, and returned it back to the library. Thank you sobriety! Grateful to be feeling more focused.

Thanks for reading, and all your posts! Have a good night every body.
