So grateful to be lying in bed listening to the rain and feeling genuinely and naturally tired and not caused by booze .. such a great feeling

Morning gratitude... I woke up feeling good and had the natural energy to run some errands before 11am and was able to get my anti-depressants for free.

Grateful to be here early today after 6 hours sleep. No problem in retirement cause I just go back to bed whenever. I don't know how I ever had time to work.

Grateful for an attitude of gratitude today.

Grateful for a job that supports me, a car that runs, a house in a quiet place, a dog that grounds me, friends and family that love me, a sober life that builds on itself if I let it and stay out of my own way.

Grateful I will be there when my Dad goes into surgery Thursday.

Grateful he has stayed alive a few years after my Mom died so I could establish a better relationship with him then I have had.

Grateful he knows I love him even though we are so different.

Grateful to miss my Mother.
