Last week I woke up from a nap and decided to walk to the neighborhood store for some groceries and while I was walking, I started to tear up and then like really cry for a good 1-2 minutes, I really have nothing to cry about: everybody loves me @ work and I love my job, my rents paid, I have alittle in my bank account, I have my health(knock on wood). There was no reason for tears, so I brought it up at my last AA meeting and they said it was normal to be alittle emotional at times, I was like WHAT???

I can sure relate Indio, early sobriety was an emotional roller coaster.

Hi Indio, I found my emotions all over the place, still are sometimes. Takes a while for our brainstorm adjust, or it did mine.
