Grateful that I've prepared for a presentation I'm doing tomorrow at work.

Grateful that I'm happy with my preparation, and not obsessively worrying that I should do more. It will be good enough.

Grateful to have been out in the sun before the rain started today.

Grateful I pushed myself to get my hair done after work as it is something i put off for long stretches because it is so expensive and time consuming. Grateful I had the courage to get like four or five inches lopped off. (My hair was very long.) Grateful my hairdresser wasn't too dismayed that i decided to give myself bangs a couple weeks ago with my scissors at home! Grateful she hasn't found any grey hairs on me yet.

Grateful at 7 + years my dog still loves to fetch the ball and leaps in the air with excitement.

Grateful for another day sober.
Grateful for some good responsed I got on another recovery forum I posted on. Grateful for the people on sober recovery.com too. So many people out there care.
Grateful for a really good morning- early morning bike ride and did some paid work on a farm and it went really well .
Grateful for the challenges I faced this afternoon. They are helping me grow and I am staying sober. Sometimes growth is uncomfortable .
Grateful the day is done and I am going to bed sober.

I'm grateful I celebrated 5 months sober on Saturday.

I'm grateful my husband stood by me through the darkest part of my life this winter.

I'm grateful I'm turning 32 on Thursday and know that I'm starting a new year of my life with a clear mind.

Congrats on 5 months, newjenn !!

I'm grateful that even though I had a terrible day (stressful and frustrating), I'm sober and going to bed early. Tomorrow's a new day.

Grateful for new friends. I am not good at making friends at all. I will try to cherish them.

Grateful for exercise. It makes such a difference. Grateful I'm healthy enough to get out and about.

Grateful for living in such a beautiful place. I saw an eagle, two red tailed hawks, and a Great Blue Heron today...and a harbor seal who breached - plus all the other more common birds, probably ten or fifteen other types.

Grateful that I did not completely lose it when it would have been reasonable to do so.

Grateful that I am here; I know I keep saying this at the moment, but I need you all, and I am so grateful to be back and (trying) to communicate again.

Love and goodnight,

After 9 days away from home, I'm grateful for a full workload, and some natural remedies for my arthritis.

Grateful that my presentation went well, and people seemed to like it. Phew!

Grateful that we had visitors this evening, and everyone chatted happily without the need for alcohol. This is the first evening of "entertaining" we've had since kicking out the wine 11 weeks ago. It was surprisingly easy.

Grateful that despite being tired I can find some energy to post on SR, and make up the lunches for tomorrow. I'll be happy about that in the morning.

Goodnight fellow travellers.
