I am grateful for the rowing machine at Gold's. That was my workout today. I hadn't rowed in years, I think, and I really enjoy it because it involves upper and lower body.
I am also grateful that I got to look at a BUNCH of houses today. There are many for sale in the neighborhood where I'm looking. Actually, it's almost overwhelming, but I'm sure my husband will dismiss many of them. LOL.

I just watched it again. Too much!! 
I am grateful that, for the first time since last Thursday, I am NOT on call!!
And I am grateful for leftovers, too. I am so tired. I definitely didn't feel like cooking tonight, but I had all kinds of good stuff left from the weekend.

I am grateful that I will be able to take the car to the shop tomorrow and get my inspection out of the way. I just hope it passes! LOL.
Also grateful for my personal trainer. He has me doing so many different things. It's quite interesting.

This is an awesome link... as a start, everyday that I wake up is a good day, the day I don't wake up will be the only truly bad day!!!
I am grateful for:
1. my job;
2. healing and getting perspective;
3. new friends;
4. my house;
5. my brain;
6. being able to breathe, eat and sleep;
7. working out, man a body is a wonderful thing when u use it.

Work is great eddie, busy the last few days but thas ok. Learning how to deal with one difficult person , in the past I would have simply said *^%^%$^*& but now I am thinking and doing what is right while trying to stand up for myself.

I'm going to watch King Kong tonight,but it is three hours long so I'll probably be finishing it tomorrow night.
I am grateful that it's Friday.And that my dad had a good report from the doctor today.
Where's Danielle and Cheryl and Sherry?Hope they are all doing okay.

I am grateful today for
1. My new job
2. I got moved
3. That I was able to leave the old house sparkly clean.
4. My computer is set up and working
5. My BF is going to take me out to coffee this morning
6. My dad paid to get my hair cut and colored for my birthday.
7. My kids have warm safe beds and a roof and electricity.
8. My bestfriend is going to be picking kids up from school for me while I work.
9. I am clean and sober 1,165 days!!!
10. All the people I love and care about are ok.
My life is good my problems are GOLDEN.

WELCOME to SR, leviathon, and to the Gratitude List, too!! Thank you for sharing with us!! I love working out also.
I am grateful to have been able to meet and spend time with Trish/miracle. Apparently, she did not wake up yesterday. I will miss seeing her at the SR retreat.
And I am very grateful to be alive and clean today. I tend to take that for granted.
