Well, I didn't really mean to say I was grateful for crap, but I guess it's better than the alternative, eh? teehee.

Grateful for discovering the gelato shop right around the corner, as in walking distance, on this steamy day. I told the girl working she'd probably be seeing much more of me.

And grateful to know I can only do what I can do, that I'm not responsible for all the things I FEEL like I'm responsible for, and to know that I have to take care of ME first or I'm no good to anyone else.

Love and hugs,
Eddie

Grateful the day went smoother than I thought when my co-worker wasn't at work today. He is the leader of our pack with me next in line. So it forced me to step up and show some leadership and make sure things were done right.

Grateful that I don't run from pressure situations at work like I used to and instead confront the problems and try to help be the solution instead of being irrelevant or a problem.

Grateful to be going to bed sober.
Grateful a woman I know from the program called me today. Grateful I asked her about rides to meetings. Grateful I went with her to a women's meeting tonight.
Grateful for the speaker- what she said was exactly what I needed to hear. Grateful for all the women there and what they had to say.
Grateful for my bike.
Grateful for the beach and time swimming in the bay.

Grateful that, when I looked out the window of the shop this afternoon at 5pm, the sun may have set but the light streamed from the escarpment. Grateful that the longer days will come, the cycle continues.

Grateful for soya yogurt. It goes really well with home grown black currents.

Ooh, can I house-sit while you're in London. Good food, good smells. I'd love to. teehee.

grateful for black pepper and cinnamon...together...in sweet stuff!

and grateful for no running around today. Glad I didn't have to go out in the humid heat.

Love and hugs,
Eddie

They used to tell me the same thing! "The Angels are bowling!" They'd say.
It sounded just like it so I believed them!

Grateful the thunder and lightening we were to get by now has yet to manifest. As I still get nervous! But if it comes in the middle of the night, I will tell myself it is just the angels bowling again!
