I'm greatful that I haven't had a drop to drink in two days. I've had a lot of relapses over the past year and that's why I've come here. I'm hoping that with the support of others who understand what I'm going through, I can make some real progress. So I'm greatful for all of that.

Just keep posting, you will be suprised how much better you feel when you can talk about these things with people who get it.

I feel I could do with some real support. As much as I have people who care immensely about me, they don't understand what it is to go through life as an alcoholic. I've been struggling today but I know now I'll be able to get through the day and that's another small victory.
