DG and Opi - Parking of any kind is not usually my forte, however my car is small and there was a lot of space. 
Today I am thankful for....
- waking up on this side of the ground
- recovery and the AA principles
- acceptance
- coffee
- a break in the hot weather
- being chosen to participate in a cool project at work

Jonathanb - I bet you're grateful that your liver and arteries are getting healthier!
Today I am grateful for ....
- waking up
- watching my kids play hockey
- the new cold pack I found for $6 at target that has a Velcro strap to keep it in place
- naps
- my family

Today I am grateful for ....
- getting in my first run in over a week due to an arthritis flare
- an epiphany that I could put as much time into exercising slowly and safely during a flare as I do when I'm moving well
- yin yoga
- spending an hour before school and work with my youngest on the couch relaxing
- making my oldest giggle last night
- continuing to try to do the right things for both of them every day
- getting in my first run in over a week due to an arthritis flare

- spending an hour before school and work with my youngest on the couch relaxing

- My inspiring home group meeting
- My older son's new hockey organization
- Other alcoholics who help me keep things in perspective
- My job, house and family
- My friends who make me laugh, take time to listen, and act as role models for their areas of strength.

- my two sweet sons
- my sponsor, who is guiding me through the 12 steps.
- the idea of interconnectedness with other people
- acknowledgement at the office for my talent and hard work
- my friend who returns to work tomorrow

- snuggles with my oldest
- a tension dissolving morning yoga practice
- having a few tools to make the right choices
- recognizing when I need to ask for acceptance, courage and wisdom!
