I'm grateful this morning that I made it through the week without a drink despite more urges to drink than I've had for a while.
Grateful that my son is happy and doing okay.

Grateful to find my SR icon, as last night I organized all the icons on my phone desktop into folders, and then couldn't find SR this morning!

Grateful that though I just found out this morning that my Aunt is in hospice, at least my Mother, and her parents, and my Aunt's husband and daughter are all in heaven already, and are ready to greet my Aunt when she arrives over the rainbow bridge.

Congrats Oceanlady. Thank you to everyone on this thread. So grateful to you all. The kindness and acceptance is a really great thing.

Grateful this headache I woke up with is not from drinking or a hangover. Grateful for a really informative class on PTSD today. Grateful I'm getting some things done around the house and am able to help my mom out a bit even if it means giving up a few other things. Grateful I'm trying to not feel too guilty about not doing everything and it's not the end of the world. Grateful to be letting go of some toxic family issues, which is hard and hurtful.
