bitter gratitude

Grateful I am not wasting away in palliative care at a local hospital as a dear friend is doing whilst cancer mets eat her brain. Sorry..bit of a bitter Betty tonight.

I understand all to well good kitty. I'm going through the same thing with my mom. I'm bitter at times, but I know its for their best at least so we think. I often look at mom and wonder if they think so and how bitter she feels. Thanks for sharing. Hang in there. You are a good friend.
