Morning Gratitude ... Part 40
Grateful I have off today so I will drive down to see my toddler grandson and give him a few Easter trinkets early. Grateful for that little boy's love.
Grateful to have gotten some solid sleep.
Grateful for acceptance.

Grateful to everyone here for demonstrating the healing power of gratitude
Grateful for a wonderful spring day
Grateful that (I think) I have finally found a plot for the play I'm writing! Phew!
Grateful to find out the bad dream I was having was just a dream.
Grateful to be awake and in charge of my own attitude.
Grateful though I have to work it should not be too busy.
Love you guys!! ♡♥♡

Grateful for the spring rain.
Grateful for the songbirds returning - you never realize how much you miss them until they return.
Grateful for the parade of birds that entertain my cats through the looking glass.
Grateful for yet, the gift of another new day!

foolish people, so slow to believe
I am one of the foolish people so slow to believe who Jesus was talking about after He was crucified.
I am grateful that after 42 years of drinking alcoholically that I finally believed at age 54 that God could and would restore me to sanity and he has for the last 28 years.
I am grateful for Deekers post today on the 24 hour club which had my tears washing my glasses like rain on the window pane.
Jesus showed us the way. He said to us, "love one another as I have loved you".
It took a lot to get my attention, and I don't want to mess it up, so on this Good Friday I say, thank you my Lord Jesus for your life and resurrection to show us how to suffer and love.

Grateful for sobriety. Grateful that I know this mood I've been in will pass, the sooner the better.... And that's something. Grateful for the blessings I've received and for a beautiful day for a walk in the rose garden.
