Bedtime Gratitude ... Part 44 - All Are Welcome!
Grateful you did those things EQ, they will build your confidence. Can you give us a day and time so we can focus good thoughts on you?
Grateful I'm not smoking though I really, really want to.
Grateful I have some time to myself this afternoon. Just hanging with my dog, doing some laundry and watching more March Madness (I seem to be somewhat addicted to this basketball tournament! ). It's just nice to not have anyone else's vibes in my space.
Grateful for all of you.
EQ- Very best of luck on your interview. I'll watch for a time too and send a prayer.

Grateful I've had a day of ease in my mind and peace in my actions.
Grateful for laughter with family on long distance phone visits.
Grateful I got my bedroom cleaned and will sleep and wake in this bright, warm, serene space!!!

To Aly,
Congrats on not smoking or drinking!! Love the part about "not having anyone else's vibes in my space" and know how you feel. Alone time can be very beneficial, at least for me....to get centered with God, sort out plans, feelings, etc. Good luck and glad always to see you here!!

Grateful for frozen yogurt and sub sandwiches with my son and brother. Good laughter and conversation. And I'm grateful my son made it back safely to college last night.
Grateful my coworker returned from vacation today and even brought me a lovely souvenir.
Grateful I talked to two people today at work in detail to make sure I understood things that may come up on my interview tomorrow.
Grateful to prepare rather than despair.
Grateful to remember if I do the best I can, then I can let go of the outcome.

Grateful for an early night, as I settle into sleep I will be thinking particularly of our EQ and sending good strengthening thoughts from Australia.
Grateful my back was pretty good at work today.
Grateful that sobriety has helped me build a strong resilient body.

Grateful to have had the day to myself. I guess I've really needed some time alone and grateful I got this day to recharge or whatever I'm doing . A lot of stress on my mind lately, grateful it will resolve itself one way or another. one of these days.
