Today I Am Grateful For ... Part 12

The internet connection at the library. I can come her and listen to music on internet radio and hopefully feel a little more awake as I was wallowing on the couch before. I am also grateful that slowly I can let certain types of music back into my life as music has been a trigger for me.
The idea of 'the next right thing' and also doing simple healthy things for myself. Sometimes something as simple as drinking lots of water. I'm not going to run a marathon today, I already ate some not so good food and overdid the coffee/ sugar this am...feeling the effects..but I can drink lots of water with a little lemon and nurture my body that way.
2 meetings this am already in the bag, plus I qualified at one. Felt good to tell my story.
The people in my group coming up and shaking my hand after I qualified. Eye contact. Connection. I'm very introverted and don't share much but after today I felt more a part of the group.
I love the library in my town.

Today I am grateful to have the natural energy to get my own stuff done. I've been it off for quite some time due to my grandmother's passing. Sigh. This is going to be a long road ahead of me, but HEY! I'm sober. Happy with that.
