Well wishes to you reading this.

Today I am grateful to know gratitude.

Not so long ago I found no reason to be grateful for anything. Anger, fear and resentment crowded my mind.

I was not even grateful to be alive. I would pray for the reaper to take me in my comatose slumber.

Today I am able to find gratitude in every direction I care to look. I am blessed to be alive. I no longer see everything through eyes filled with hatred and tears of self pity, but eyes full with love.

I am grateful for the support I have found here at SR and for the opportunity SR gives us to share our experience, strength and hope with anyone still suffering.
