I feel the love today

Grateful for daylight savings time, because it will be lighter later, and because I will see the sunrises more regularly again. God willing.
Thank you dear ((((((EQ)))))).

That is the miracle of recovery as we learn to love ourselves and pass it on to one another. We are connected by that spiritual wire stretching around the universe from one recoverying being to another.

I get a natural high everytime one of us experiences a reward resulting from living sober.

I can feel the love today so I think I will play elton John's version of the song.

Grateful for every ounce of peace and serenity I find, which I can only find by staying sober and staying close to my community of SR.

Grateful for Marcher's success!

Grateful I saw my sister yesterday briefly. It's been a long time. Grateful she asked me to see my twin nephews play baseball today at noon. I hear they are 5'8" now. I haven't seen them in ages. They just had their 13th b-day. Grateful for God's help in slowly healing my broken family, amongst other things.

Grateful for another day to accept the challenge of my disease which gives me the opportunity to use some of the tools that I have acquired since April 6, 1986.

Grateful for the love of so many AA friends many of them who have by the grace of God completed their human experience and live only in my heart.

Grateful for the love that grtgrampa pours out daily on this thread. Sometimes I take my life for granted. Grateful I am clean and sober and didn't cave yesterday with pain pills after a wisdom tooth was pulled.

Grateful for my husband , he is so so good to me.

But most of all grateful for the forgiveness I find every day through my Lord and Savior Jesus Christ.

English Standard Version Romans 7:15
For I do not understand my own actions. For I do not do what I want, but I do the very thing I hate.

Grateful
For weeding my garden out yesterday, literally and figuratively.
For getting rid of some negative influences.
Fir predawn mindful and theta meditation.
To breath.
For life.
For a positive attitude.
For a clear head.
To be in the moment more.
To have more peace and live with more ease.

I am grateful for another day waking up feeling good, starting to have real dreams again, and actually needing less sleep. I have 2 weeks behind me now, and time to start getting things back in order that I have let slip over the years, but not going to beat myself up over it, just work to make things right.

Grateful to read all these positve posts. What a way to start the day!
Grateful, because of the daylight savings time change, that I am awake for the sunrise again and can watch it from my bed.

Grateful that my son is healthy, has finished college, is employed, doesn't abuse alcohol or drugs, has his own apartment, and is in a stable relationship.
Grateful to be able to be there for a friend who isn't so lucky.
