Still Sober Thank God!!
Probably no one remembers me but I used to really hang out here 5-6 yrs ago. Made some of the best friends of my entire life right here. I found out a few years ago (finally) I am dual diagnosis, alcoholic plus bipolar 1 with psychosis. I had a lot of trouble understanding my severe mood swings, now I finally have a clue. Hopefully I will be by more often as I really need and miss all of your dearly. Wouldn't have made it the first few years without you guys. Thanks :}

Thanks for the warm welcome folks. I have moved to a rural area and there are not many meetings available. Fortunately I have found two with folks having way more sobriety and always have something encouraging and positive to say. I can go in feeling really depressed and leave thinking about all the precious things I have to be grateful for.
