Hi,
Today, I am really Grateful that :

• I am SOBER, Clean and Smoke Free

- I had breakfast, lunch and dinner and they were all healthy and home made
- I tried to be as productive as I could at work
- I had spoke with a counsellor provided
- I have a wonderful job that is teaching me a lot and paying me well
- I have a clean, safe, beautiful and Quiet apartment
- I have heat, hot water and food to eat
- My bed is made
- I have $ for food, coffee and bills
- My rent and bills are paid
- I did laundry and I have clean clothes to work
- I am starting to Love, Accept & Approve of myself unconditionally
- I have strong Faith in God to guide me in the right direction, to make the right choices & decisions.
- I have sufficient supports in my recovery, including this website
