TIAGF/Christmas Wasn't Ruined...
 

Today I am grateful for the fact that Christmas wasn't ruined despite my alcoholic, abusive husband starting it off that way. I went to two neighbors houses and had a great time. One has an AXH. The other gave me a big hug after seeing me upset and said I could always go there to "get away" (I didn't even have to tell her, was so nice). She also gave me cheesecake lol.

My husband was angry when I got home and he continued to try to ruin the day, but I got away from him long enough to spend time with good people, that my holiday was good, so I don't care if he's angry.

I'm grateful that I'm saving up money to get away from him.
