For: The caring, wise and honest support and advice I received by SR members both before I sucked it up and went into detox (I almost changed my mind) and after I went and came immediately back to SR; for the support of my loving and understanding wife. I got sober for both of us; for the friendly, welcoming and supportive AA members I have met at meetings this past week; for my non-judgmental adult children who were always a source of pride for me and are now telling me how proud I've made them; and I'm grateful to God for giving me the courage to do something I thought I could never do. I pray for continued strength.
