Hi, I visited this site about six months ago. I liked what I saw here.
But then I was distracted by other things and have been drinking heavily the past few months. And I am pretty sick of it. How I have been behaving. What my life has become.
I had beer and wine on the weekend. Nothing yesterday, Monday. I came home from work today, Tuesday, and picked up a stubbie of beer that was on my bedroom floor and drank it. I wont be drinking anymore today. And I hope not tomorrow. I'm grateful for the relationship that I have. For the silence that I can find. For food on the table. Thanks for all the help that I read on the threads here.

It's great to see you on the SR Website. 
This is a new beginning for you and you will receive much support...the joys of Sobriety much outweight the pain and suffering we have all felt here.
