Way To GO George, 90 days is a monumental point in recovery. I made it once to 90 and then convinced myself that I could drink like people do that don't have drinking problems. I drank within moderation for a couple of weeks but then just started the downward spiral until I was completely out of control. That is definitely not going to happen this time. I know that 1 drink will lead to passed out on the floor in a very short period of time.

Keep on rolling George, great job.

Today, I am grateful for words of support and encouragement.

I am also grateful for developing a new perspective that the times when I feel like drinking as a form of self-medicating to treat personal feelings of sadness and depression will not make me any better and will only make me feel more depressed in the long-run.

Good thinking George, playing the tape through to the end, always stops any thought of drinking for me.
