My Attitude of Gratitude helps when I am taking my eldest daughter, with a broken leg, taking her to the Doctor, knowing I am fully there for her, not hungover, drunk or other things not sober.
Now she knows what I promise her to do I will. As she has problems with her two teenage girls, I am there just to listen. She says most others don't care enough in her circle of friends.
