Im grateful for my sobriety today. I had a craving last night...Friday night after a long week and I was exhausted from work.... I recognized that I need some rest so I went home and slept for 2 hours then woke up and ordered some dinner and watched a couple of movies with my family. So glad I have learned to tune into what is really going on with my body. HALT...Hungry, Angry, Lonely TIRED..... trigger..I will always need to monitor myself. Just because I haven't had a craving in a few weeks doesn't mean that one won't pop up whenever "the beast" gets an opportunity. Have a good weekend everybody!
