gratitud... I grateful for God's help.
I thankful for being sober.
the support of my kids (5) I'm grateful.
I hope one day I can be thankful for everything in my life but right now is one that still hurt...

I'm grateful to live such a protected life.
I'm grateful that I can have unemployment benefits so as not to go hungry as I look for work.
I'm grateful that I can walk for exercise every day.
I'm grateful for the Internet because I learned to meditate from the Internet.

today I'm thankful for my having dinner with Dennis and Angelina my kids younger.
I"m thankful for a person show me that for the 3 months sober that I got the work start 1 year ago went I went to share (place that help alcoholics and addicts) and ask for help.

today I'm thankful for being able to not let negativity attack me, and instead I enjoy the moment ( lake, sunny day , mountains, the view )
today I'm grateful for the 16 step programme
today I'm thankful for the ups and down of life , were I learn form the downs and put into practice in the ups.

today i'm thankful that I got job (now start waking up at 5 am)

I'm grateful for my new job and for what I get paid (for the first 30 minutes I was not because I did no get what I want. )
I'm grateful for God to give me the wisdom to understand it.

today I'm grateful for thinking less of my stbxw.
today I'm grateful for accepting that something good came out of marriage/divorce with out it I will (maybe ) never had a life sober and try everyday to be a better person.

tonight I'm grateful for being strong I saw my soon to ex wife we have a civil almost nice afternoon together and after we depart our separate ways I did no feel like getting drunk or high.
I'm grateful for my new grandson he is handsome like his grandpa (hahaha)
