Glad I'm here!
As of today I have 493 days clean and sober I am in my 4th phase of my drug court program nearing my 5th and final phase. Iv'e completed steps 1 thru 9 and currently finishing 10 thru 12. I am grateful to be where I'm at today and my "attitude"!!! towards the program has turned into gratitude, mainly for giving me the chance to help myself get back in the game so to speak...I am staying busy at my job and feeling like I belong somewhere again. Instead of staying drunk, and living with that false sense of security and ignoring reality, and feeling worthless and ashamed. All of the tools Iv,e gathered along the way including SR have been a big help, especially during these summer months when all of my triggers really start to show up everywhere I turn. But like I said with the help of all these things its been easier than it has been for me in the past attempts to stay clean and sober. That,s all I have for now thanks for giving me a chance to share and keep workin the program everybody its workin for me!!!!:tyou |
