I am a blessed mess
 
Today I am grateful for 7 days of freedom from daily torture. My senses seem so alert and happy. I am grateful. My mind is clear. I am grateful. My body is still struggling to adjust without poison. For that I am beyond grateful. Any pain is better than the hell I just escaped from. I am most grateful to SR..thank you!

Thank you! Yesterday was the sad reality that I cant go near all my old haunts! Im grateful to know I am not strong enough to say no!
