Grateful to have a job to go to even though I hardly slept.
Grateful to work on not catastrophizing.
Grateful to remember that it is not possible to get ahead of myself
(Let alone get ahead of God.)
Grateful to be here now.
Grateful not to miss the parade of life. Here come the clowns!

Grateful for another YEAR sober. That's right, today marks 4 years!
Grateful for all the support here at SR.
Grateful for my friends who are taking me out to a big brunch today.
Grateful for my good friend of nearly 30 years who owns a local tavern. He's treating me to free pizza and pop at his bar tonight. He was sorry to lose my beer business, but glad that his friend was able to get his life back on track.
Grateful for another day sober.
Grateful for all the support here at SR.

I am grateful to be sober since sept 4, 2012. I am grateful for this forum and for AA.
I am grateful that I did not have to have a drink first thing in the morning to get rid of the shakes. I am grateful that I do not need alcohol in my life and that my desire to drink is gone.
I am grateful for this beautiful sunny day, and grateful that my town didn't flood!

FBL, congrats to you, I'm grateful for the inspiration as I approach four months!
Grateful that a one hour sleep in on this cold Sunday morning satisfied me unlike the bad old days when I would sleep most of the morning away.
Grateful for a practical little kitchen in which I'm making bread, soup and cake.
Grateful that I live with love.

Grateful even though I can't sleep, my SIL can't either as we texted each other a iittle while ago. Lol
Grateful to keep reining myself in as I keep starting to run down that big field of tomorrows and work myself up about what hasnt happened yet.
Grateful I can even imagine a future to want to work toward.
That is such a new experience for me!
