When I focus on what I'm grateful for, I feel very blessed.

Thanks Gabe.

What I was looking for were examples when others could see that you were grateful without having to be told. Gratitude is an action like all the other spiritual principles we try to live by.

Was approached by no less than a hundred people today at the BDS AA convention. All with warm smiles and hugs and how's it been's. I hugged and smiled and how ya been back.
